Return Policy

All Sales are Final. We do not allow returns. Please make sure you clarify any details before purchasing. We are available 10AM-10PM CT 7 days a week via our Instagram account @glassbunkerokc as well as through our email at info@glassbunker.com. Please contact us with any questions or request for more information/pictures/videos regarding anything you wish to purchase from our site. We want to make sure we get you exactly what you are looking for.

Broken/Faulty/Damaged Items:

Things happen and when you lock something down at Glass Bunker, your happiness is our top priority. If an item arrives broken/faulty/damaged please contact us within 48 hours via email at info@glassbunker.com. Please include your order number, email address and shipping information and we will send you a call tag to return the items. Once we receive the items we will replace them or issue store credit.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You can expect processing time to increase to 3-7 business days during a sale in which order volume is high. We ship USPS Priority Mail (3-7 business days) for free on Domestic orders over $50! Due to worldwide events, you may experience some delay in shipping based on your shipping location. All orders include a tracking number which is e-mailed automatically upon shipment. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
